CONSULTATION

Meet our team, communicate your desires, and unearth possibilities. This collaboration process allows us to achieve an in-depth understanding of your budget, timeframe, design, and preferences. We will be there to make an overwhelming process, a more manageable and positive experience.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Once the design and timeframe align - a pre-construction agreement will take us into the next phase. During this phase, we will work together on interior design, selections, upgrades, budgeting, banking coordination, and permits.

CONSTRUCTION

Yay! After all those challenging decisions, it’s time to BUILD your dream home! We will manage all the details, communicate with you throughout the process, and assure you’re a part of the milestones to your dream home.

POST-CONSTRUCTION

At Build Nashville, we honor our word, product, and relationships. We will give you the warranties and freedom of mind after all work is completed.
